• Community Impact
  Every decision city government makes should be examined in light of its effect on the quality of life to the citizens of our community.
  
  
• Empathy and Respect
  Every citizen’s opinion deserves my respect and attention. I will conduct City council meetings so that everyone feels welcome to share their opinion. My most important job is to listen to the concerns of people in this community. And then do something about it.
  
  
• Actions Speak Louder Than Words
  Healthy, happy communities require more than talk; they require diligence and thoughtful action. True leaders roll up their sleeves, make the tough decisions, and get to work!
  
  
• Dream Big
  Narrow thinking is defeatist and counterproductive. All major accomplishments start as someone’s big dream. In order to make a lasting positive impact, I must think creatively and keep the long-view in mind.
